Custom Finishes for Your Concrete

Linda Wachholz has, over the last ten years, created countless unique and realistic cast stone pieces. Using traditional and modern techniques, Linda is able to create effects from antiquing to recreating an artist's rendition of a portrait, and everything in between. Linda takes several steps to create the perfect finish on every piece:

• Sanding rough edges and filling in chips or cracks.
• Coating with a binder which helps seal and hold paint onto the concrete.
• Applying two coats of base paint.
• Adding the details.

• Spraying a final sealer coat of clear acrylic

Restoring Your Concrete

Tom Glatz, a.k.a. Dr. C. Ment, is forever on-call to attend to your favorite cast stone pieces in their time of need. A specialist in restoration, Tom is able to:

• reinforce a loose piece,
• reattach a broken or fallen piece that you saved,
• reform a piece that has been lost or destroyed (ears, legs, etc.).
• By hand sanding each area of restoration, Tom makes repairs virtually unnoticeable.
• Tom's expertise and attention to detail ensure that your cast stone creations will look new for many years to come.
